    Do I need to register?

Of course, you do not need to register. If you're going to get free products, read articles, watch graphics - you can do so without registering and logging. However, our system is set up in such a way that it is possible to make purchases only for registered and logged in user, which provides security for both sides. In this way you always have access to the products you bought, and the correspondence between you and AMV3d Team.



    Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is protected by our system and encrypted in our database. Other users can view only the data that you publish to be visible in your profile - that is: login, avatar, additional information.



    I can't log in!

Keep calm. If you have forgotten your password, click the login link "Forgot your password". Your password has been encrypted in our database, and it is not possible to recover it, but the system can generate for you a new password. Follow the instructions and you will be able to log in again. The system will generate a new password. We advise you to change your password after logging in to the new.



    I can not download my products!

If you are a registered user and logged in, and nonetheless, the system displays information about the blocked access  to the product download, keep calm.
All the products you purchased are still in your account. Probably the system has detected increased, unusual activity on your account, so blocked the ability to download, recognizing unusual activity as an intrusion by third parties. This system has been designed for your safety.
This blockage prevent stealing your products in the event of unauthorized use of your password.
If there has been such a situation, to your e-mail address has already been sent information about the reason for the block. You will find a link: "Everything is fine, restore access." There's also opportunity to change the password available in e-mail, if you think that the system detected an intrusion into your account. The access to your products will be restored automatically.



    Your product is not working!

If the product you purchased is defective, you have two choices.

First possibility is to cancel within 10 days from the date of purchase of the product, subjecting the product to the return process. Then you have the obligation to remove the product entirely from any storage media on which the product has been copied, and you give up the right to use the product. Returned payment will appear in your PayPal account within 5 working days from the date of return.

The second possibility is a notification message for AMV3d Support Team with a request for product's adjustment. If, after checking it turns out that the product actually has a problem, AMV3d Team will fix it for free and will notify you when the product is ready.

However, remember that AMV3d Team accepts the return or complaint only of product that has remained in its original form. AMV3d do not repair products damaged in result of improper use or in result of attempts to adapt them to other than the suggested programs and applications.
So, before you make a claim for return or complaint process, make sure you have not made changes in the product that could directly affect its functionality.

But before you will think that the product is defective, try to download it from our website again. It is possible that the product has been damaged already on your hard drive, and re-download of the package will solve your problem.



    How to unsubscribe from newsletter?

If you do not want to get on your e-mail informations about new products and promotions, you have the option to unsubscribe from newsletter. In every electronically sent letter with trade informations, you will find a link allowing you to unsubscribe. Just click the link, and follow the instructions, and your e-mail address will be removed from our newsletter list.



    How do I report a violation?

If you believe that on our website has been a violation of a rights, or any other violation, and you want to report content for moderation, you can use violation report form.
A person who is the author of the content you submit as inadequate, incorrect or violating law will be notified of the application and its reasons, but will not receive any information about the applicant.
Entering your e-mail address in the application is to prevent us from waterfalls of malicious, false declarations sent to destabilize site proper functioning.


    Who has got an access to data sent via contact forms?

Only the site administrators has an access to the data sent to AMV3d Support Team by the contact forms.
No other person has an access to those requests and correspondence.
